We are currently looking for Assistant Department Leaders in the following areas:
* Deli Department
* Grocery Department
* Meat Department
* Produce Department

*Role Overview: Assistant Department Leaders*
* Expert of the company vision, mission, and core values
* Bring a positive demeanor every day
* Work collaboratively with others within the store to achieve working relationships
* Establishes high standards and takes personal responsibility for the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of work
* Creating and maintaining a phenomenal customer experience
* Ensure food safety and quality control of all products at all times
* Supporting the manager with inventory, waste control/management
* Ensure health and safety standards are performed
* Coordinating special promotions, displays, and events

*Street Credentials:*
* Must have valid work authorization in Canada
* Must be available to work varied shifts, including weekend and evenings
* 1+ years of Leadership experience in a Grocery or related field
* Loves working in a clean and well-maintained workplace environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Work well with others in a fast-paced environment
* Physical Requirements are required as a Leader in Fresh St. Market
