We’re looking for an experienced Employee Relations Manager / Specialist to lead complex ER activity and partner with leaders across our UK College Division. What You’ll Do Lead complex ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, restructures & redundancies Guide managers with expert employment law advice Deliver ACAS-aligned processes, investigations and outcomes Lead organisational change (TUPE, mergers, restructures) Manage sensitive exits and liaise with legal advisers Update policies, toolkits and HR templates Produce monthly ER MI reporting and insights Deliver ER training and support performance reviews Drive strategic HR projects What You’ll Bring Strong ER background within complex, multi-site environments Robust employment law knowledge CIPD qualified Confident managing change and high-risk activity Strong analytical, communication and influencing skills Benefits 20–25 days annual leave, pension scheme, season ticket loan, retail discounts, training opportunities, wellbeing support, staff events and free daily hot drinks & fruit.
