The ideal candidate will excel in program management, strategic planning, and technical execution while fostering high‑performing, interdependent teams. Key Responsibilities Lead large-scale transformation and operational programs with a strategic and hands‑on approach. Develop comprehensive implementation roadmaps and guide cross‑functional collaboration to maximize stakeholder value. Build and mentor high‑performing teams; coach, recognize achievements, and manage underperformance. Analyze complex issues, provide actionable insights, and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives. Stay current with emerging trends to guide strategic decision‑making and optimize resource usage. Deliver quality outcomes by adapting to operational needs and managing program execution effectively. Provide functional and technical troubleshooting expertise with strong knowledge of IT operations and support practices. Apply ITIL best practices to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications Extensive experience in leading transformation and implementation programs. Strong program management and strategic planning skills. Deep understanding of technical implementation and IT operations. Proven ability to collaborate across technical, operational, and business teams. Advanced analytical, problem‑solving, and influence skills. Demonstrated experience managing small to medium teams. Commitment to data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement.
