Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive our Transformation team and lead end-to-end implementation strategy across the organization. The ideal candidate will excel in program management, strategic planning, and technical execution while fostering high-performing, interdependent teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale transformation and operational programs with a strategic and hands-on approach.
  • Develop comprehensive implementation roadmaps and guide cross-functional collaboration to maximize stakeholder value.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams; coach, recognize achievements, and manage underperformance.
  • Analyze complex issues, provide actionable insights, and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Stay current with emerging trends to guide strategic decision-making and optimize resource usage.
  • Deliver quality outcomes by adapting to operational needs and managing program execution effectively.
  • Provide functional and technical troubleshooting expertise with strong knowledge of IT operations and support practices.
  • Apply ITIL best practices to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.
