In this remote role, you’ll serve as a key advisor and point of contact for employees and leaders across North America. This is a high-impact position focused on fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture by delivering proactive, human-centered HR support. You’ll work across a broad range of employee relations matters, from coaching and conflict resolution to policy interpretation and organizational change. You’ll also collaborate closely with HR colleagues, including People Business Partners, Shared Services, and Centers of Excellence, to support and enhance the overall employee experience. This role is ideal for a confident HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and purpose-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor for employees and managers on people-related issues. Provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations. Collaborate with People Business Partners and Centers of Excellence (e.g., Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll) to deliver integrated HR solutions. Coach and support line managers to build HR capabilities and foster effective employee relationships. Support the development and maintenance of People policies and ensure consistent application. Monitor and advise on employment laws and ensure compliance in all people practices. Analyze employee feedback, surveys, and exit interviews to provide actionable insights. Support change management processes including restructures, acquisitions, and organizational shifts. Promote a culture aligned with our core values: Sustainability, Inclusion, Accountability, and Human-Centricity. Requirements Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field. 4+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations. Proven ability to handle a high volume of complex employee relations cases. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to manage and support HR projects from planning through implementation. Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Ability to influence, coach, and consult with stakeholders at all levels. Experience working within a matrixed business environment and People Shared Services model is preferred.
