You will collaborate with 26 product teams at TR to produce, review, and enhance technical content. Key Responsibilities: Explain API concepts clearly. Write and review API documentation. Develop content tailored for external audiences. Create documentation using AEM and Adobe CMS. Build SEO and marketing content. Conduct A/B testing and marketing campaigns. Manage content changes via GitHub. Write in Markdown format. Incorporate AI-related content and lead AI project framing. Contribute to the tone and voice of our conversational UI (Chatbot). Requirements: Proficiency in HTML and JSON. Experience with AI content drafting tools. Background in tech, preferably from Amazon or financial institutions (preferred). Portfolio submission (preferred). Skills: Technical writing expertise. SEO and marketing skills. A/B testing experience. Knowledge of HTML and JSON. Experience with AI content creation.
