Welcome GoodLife Fitness Members as a part time Customer Service Representative in Toronto, using customer service and front desk expertise. Create clean, safe club experiences while supporting fitness goals.
The Motivator is typically the first Associate Members or Potential Members meet at the Club. This customer-facing position supports check-ins, calls, appointments, memberships, club services, and Member questions. You will also provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions, maintain cleanliness, and complete required learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet Members and Potential Members warmly upon arrival
- Check Members in for workouts at reception
- Answer calls, take messages, and book appointments
- Resolve Member questions, concerns, and information updates
- Complete cleaning tasks and Club runs as required
Requirements:
- CPR-A and AED Certification
- Smart Tan certification within three months of employment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency and customer service skills
- Fitness industry knowledge and sales experience are assets
