Base pay range CA$125,000.00/yr - CA$170,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from EPM Scientific Principal Recruitment Consultant - EPM Scientific - Theatre Performance and Directing Profess Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic Group Account Director to lead client relationships and drive excellence in medical affairs within an agency setting. This individual will serve as the trusted right hand to the VP, Client Services, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality solutions for Canadian, U.S., and global clients. Key Responsibilities Act as a senior strategic partner to clients, providing leadership and guidance across medical affairs initiatives. Oversee multiple accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client objectives. Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop innovative, compliant, and impactful medical communications strategies. Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of escalation for strategic and operational matters. Support business growth through organic account expansion and participation in new business development opportunities. Mentor and lead account teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional development. Partner with the VP, Client Services on operational excellence, resource planning, and strategic decision-making. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in medical affairs within an agency environment, with a proven track record of success managing Canadian, U.S., and global accounts. Deep understanding of medical communications, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Exceptional leadership, client management, and team development skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and deliver strategic solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
