We use modern tech and AI to streamline the entire immigration process. As our first product engineer, you’ll primarily be building AI‑powered internal tooling for lawyers. You’ll manage the full product development cycle for your work, from feature scoping to development and feedback iteration. Requirements This role will have a significant design/frontend portion to it as well. Be prepared to write React and create Figma mockups. We expect you to work effectively with the following languages and frameworks: TypeScript Postgres tRPC React Figma We Need To See Strong experience in web technologies, particularly TypeScript Strong experience shipping code to production Love for building products from 0 to 1 Bonus Points Experience shipping LLM‑powered interfaces and products to production Sustained interest in functional programming (e.g. Haskell, Scala, Rust, etc.) This Is Probably Not The Role For You If You’re not interested in the entire product development cycle, from scoping to design to building and iterating on feedback. You do not do well with outcome‑based assessment. We have straightforward expectations for this role: ship a feature from zero to production.
