Your Role: Senior Product Manager, Subscription s

This isn’t just a product management role; it’s an opportunity to pioneer a subscription model that elevates the way people experience home care. You’ll shape a subscription experience that brings comfort, convenience, and reliability to the members’ lives. Your goal will be to create a best-in-class, sustainable subscription program that fuels the company's growth and brings it closer to every American household.


What You’ll Achieve:


Craft a Vision That Inspires and Transforms

  • Define a strategic vision for subscription service that aligns with the company’s purpose of turning every home into a haven through affordable, premium services
  • Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify opportunities to make subscriptions an essential part of daily life for the members


Deliver Customer-Centric Solutions That Wow

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and refine subscription offerings, delivering features that prioritize convenience and value – from 24/7 support to same-day service and loyalty rewards
  • Use data and feedback to shape a customer experience that is responsive, reliable, and built around members’ unique needs


Drive Revenue and Operational Excellence

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that exceed $100K monthly MRR revenue, leveraging remote-first model to scale the subscription base and offer value at every tier
  • Enhance operational processes to ensure a seamless, consistent experience, making the company a trusted partner in home care


Foster Collaboration Across the Global Team

  • Partner with remote teams across sales, engineering, marketing, and customer success to build and launch compelling subscription benefits
  • Build a culture of shared accountability and continuous improvement, leveraging real-time data, feedback, and a customer-first mindset to drive success.

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product management experience, especially in subscription or SaaS models, with a focus on growth, retention, and customer satisfaction
  • Proven experience in creating customer-driven strategies and leading cross-functional teams
  • Expertise in managing subscription lifecycles with an emphasis on maximizing member value
  • 1+ years of experience in team or people management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
