Vice President of Construction: Low-Rise Residential Are you a VP of Construction or Director of Construction ready for career advancement with a job with a highly reputable, real estate developer in the GTA? With your in-depth experience for overseeing complex low-rise residential projects, you will be involved in the conception, planning, design development, negotiation and contract execution. You will be in charge of overseeing project initiations, gathering scope definitions, budgets, schedules, staffing and you must have strong experience in reviewing/implementation of construction management contracts. As the VP of Construction, you will be a valued addition to the team and assist the current SLT with mentoring and developing the careers of our construction staff, including Project Managers and estimators. You will also formulate contingency plans, including mitigating and resolving risk factors in a timely manner. Our client is a successful real estate and land developer with an impressive array of low-rise residential projects and a great reputation for over 50 years, looking for somebody like you to join their team.
