Manage inventory by ordering and maintaining supplies of paint, tools, equipment, and other necessary materials for current and upcoming projects. Assign daily tasks to team members and ensure painting projects are completed efficiently and meet quality standards. Develop and implement daily work schedules to meet project deadlines, ensuring coordination with other teams or personnel. Keep accurate records of materials, labor costs, and other expenses associated with projects. Train team members on job responsibilities, safety procedures, company policies, and the proper usage of tools and materials. Monitor project progress and prepare regular work reports. Identify and resolve work-related issues during ongoing projects, offering recommendations to improve productivity and the quality of work delivered to clients. Suggest hiring, promotions, and training needs to management. Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing all safety regulations and protocols.
