These credit gurus act as subject matter experts providing guidance and support to credit associates and support teams, enhancing the development of our credit capabilities.  Your role:  • Analyze credit application and recommend appropriate financing structures • Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Risk Management teams to support sound credit decisions • Approve credit requests within delegated limits and prepare recommendations for complex cases • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements • Contribute to portfolio assessments to identify risks and propose mitigation strategies  Your Team Within the Equipment Finance sector, you'll be part of a large team of colleagues and report to the Credit Manager.
