Base Pay Range CA$69,000.00 / yr – CA$111,000.00 / yr Your Role Conduct 2nd interviews that will test the technical depth of candidates and their suitability for positions available Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the business needs promptly Be a vital part of the recruitment team Requirements At least 5 years of experience working as an engineer on projects at scale Experience hiring other engineers to join your team in the past Experience working in a high‑growth dynamic company Location Fully remote; candidates must be based in regions that align with the Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones to ensure effective collaboration with client and team schedules.
