We would love to meet you As a Lead Data Scientist, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all AI initiatives align with enterprise architecture standards, business strategy, and regulatory requirements. Operating within a SAFe Agile framework, you’ll provide deep architectural expertise, facilitate delivery across platforms, and support business value realization. What does your typical day look like? Lead the end-to-end design and validation of AI solutions—whether developed in-house or by third-party vendors—ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business needs; Develop and operationalize an Agentic Framework for AI use cases to support modular, composable, and autonomous workflows; Translate business, functional, and non-functional requirements into architectural blueprints and actionable implementation plans; Provide technical mentorship and architectural guidance to data scientists and engineers working on AI initiatives; Encourage architectural thinking, best practices, and code quality across cross-functional AI efforts; Define integration patterns, orchestration workflows, and MLOps practices that support the seamless deployment of AI workloads across cloud-native and containerized environments; Support Agile Release Trains and development teams by converting architectural strategy into features, enablers, and spikes. What skills and training do you need? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field; 7–10 years of progressive experience in AI-focused technical roles, including architecture, machine learning solution design, and deployment at scale; Proven experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments, with emphasis on modular, reusable architectures; Hands-on experience with modern AI platforms and orchestration tools, including Dataiku for AI workflow development and Snowflake for cloud-based data operations; Familiarity with containerized environments, model lifecycle management, and MLOps best practices; Experience managing and technically guiding a team of data scientists; Strong background in integrating and evaluating third-party AI products and services; Agile/SAFe delivery experience in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment; Relevant certifications (e.g., Dataiku DSS, Snowflake SnowPro, Azure AI Engineer Associate, or MLOps tools) are considered strong assets; Bilingual (English required; French is an asset) to support global and regional collaboration.
