Job Description The Business Intelligence Analyst III will work with the Wealth data and analytics team and be accountable for partnering with stakeholders and delivering timely, meaningful analytics solutions, to support managing risk and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance. We are looking for a self‑motivated and innovative individual who excels in a fast‑paced and high‑impact business team. Primary Responsibilities Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements, design and execute analytical solutions in an accurate and timely fashion. Work with various sources of data using Python, PySpark and other tools to generate analysis and reporting. Develop insightful, functional and appealing data visualisations via Tableau or Power BI dashboards to facilitate self‑serve insights generation and actioning. Provide value‑added insights (both verbal and written) in the form of analysis, interpretation and advice to highlight further business opportunities. Communicate with stakeholders and partners to deliver on milestones and to manage timelines and SLA. Manage partner inquiries, problem resolution, providing updates and communication including presentation and training as necessary. Actively contribute to enhancing the team’s foundational and scalable processes and best practices for data extraction, manipulation, archiving, provision of insights, team de‑risking needs and reporting development techniques. Work effectively and efficiently in a fast‑paced, challenging data and technology environment that leverages multiple databases and tools. Work individually or as a team leveraging each other’s knowledge and expertise. Contribute to a positive team dynamics including collaboration, sharing best practices and making it a great place to work. Job Requirements Over 2 years of work experience in analytics and reporting. Sound to advanced PySpark coding skills. Solid background working with data and conducting analysis or planning complex data flows and processes. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships. Proven ability to communicate quantitative/qualitative information and key messages clearly. Detail‑oriented and ability to effectively manage work under tight timelines and changing priorities. Disciplined with a proven track record of delivering results and executing with excellence. Experience in working with TD’s proprietary systems, processes and applications and/or a business analysis/reporting function would be considered an asset. Education Post‑secondary degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or other analytically based discipline. Technical Knowledge / Skills 2+ years’ experience in mining, analysing and visualising large amounts of data and programming skills using Python, PySpark, SQL. Familiar with Azure cloud, Databricks.
