Our client, a leading provider in the insurance sector, is seeking an Insurance Claim Coordinator Job Title: Insurance Claim Coordinator Location: Winnipeg, MB Working hour: Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4pm or  8am to 4:30pmPay Range: $19.75/hrOne year contact, possibility to extend What's the Job? Review system, claim documents, and contracts to confirm if eligibility requirements are met. Conduct outreach calls to Plan Sponsors and Plan Members within 24 hours of receipt of initial claim information. Communicate via phone calls and emails to verify any discrepancies, missing, or unclear information. Prepare declination letters to Plan Sponsors and Plan Members as necessary. Adjudicate and manage Quick Pay claims, transferring others to the Disability Case Manager as needed. What's Needed? Minimum of one year within a customer service environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. French skill would be considered an asset. Ability to understand complex instructions and basic contractual language. Knowledge of basic medical terminology. Strong typing and data entry skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office programs. Willingness to complete the assessment  What's in it for me?
