How you’ll succeed in this role Leverage RBC’s brand to build a client base of high‑net‑worth individuals, families and business owners. Create customized portfolios and wealth plans using RBC’s investment resources. Foster trusted, long‑term relationships with personalized service and advice. Maintain reciprocal relationships with RBC partners such as Personal & Commercial Banking and Insurance. Qualifications 4‑6 years outbound sales experience and comfortable with 100% commission. Completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or will do so prior to start date. Passion for financial planning and portfolio management. Strong relationship building skills and ability to connect with all types of individuals. Nice to have Experience in a direct marketing role, financial services, and a record of high‑value sales.
