This is with one of our financial client.We are seeking a Licensed Assistant II to support Corporate Advisors by managing administrative tasks, client service, and account operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with securities licensing who enjoys working closely with advisors and clients in a fast-paced financial services environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for client inquiries and service requestsSupport advisors with account openings, maintenance, and documentationEnter and process trades under advisor directionSchedule and coordinate client and advisor meetingsMaintain accurate client records in Salesforce CRMLiaise with head/back office teams to ensure smooth processingProvide high-quality administrative and client service supportRequired QualificationsCSC and CPH certifications (mandatory)1+ year experience supporting an Investment AdvisorExperience within a Mutual Fund Dealer, Investment Dealer, or Financial InstitutionProficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong organizational, time management, and communication skillsExperience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)Nice to HaveFrench language skillsPower BI experienceAbout Us: Collabera is a leading Digital Solutions company providing software engineering solutions to the world’s most tech-forward organizations.
