MACSI is an affiliate of the Metis Nation - Saskatchewan and is a non-profit corporation providing alcohol and drug recovery services and counselling programs to Saskatchewan residents. It operates in-patient treatment centers throughout Saskatchewan. The Regional Manager of Regina Addictions Services is an out-of-scope position reporting directly to the Executive Director. This position is responsible for providing management, direction and support to the overall operations of the Regina Addictions Services, residential treatment programs and outpatient services. The Regional Manager will ensure that a high quality of treatment is provided to all clients through a Clinical Supervision program. Is responsible for overall supervision of programs and services to ensure they are integrated reflective of best practices, develop and maintain strong links with other community based services. Ability to work within a budget, payroll, implement company policies and procedures, oversee all personnel matters, complete staff performance appraisals, administrative duties and accountability for processes within the Centre. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: A University degree in Psychology or Social Work, an understanding of substance abuse treatment and a Diploma in Business Administration is an asset. An equivalent combination of five (5) years experience and education in addictions treatment; Extensive experience in business administration, financial and human resources management, and community liaison systems; Sound knowledge of counselling theory, human behaviour, and issues related to alcohol, drugs, and solvent abuse; Extensive experience in treatment program planning, client therapy #J-18808-Ljbffr
