Director, Product Support

This well‑established and growing designer and manufacturer of state‑of‑the‑art Electrical Safety & Protection Equipment that reduces the frequency and impact of electrical hazards, such as arc flash and ground faults, is looking to add the talents of a Director of Product Support to their leadership team. Responsible for guiding Technical Support, Quality Management, and Product Marketing, this key role will provide a critical link between customers and internal teams in this profitable build‑to‑order environment. Providing direction for external facing groups, this position will align multiple functions to improve customer satisfaction and gather effective market feedback to support relevant product improvements. A background in Electrical Engineering and experience with electrical capital equipment will be critical to success in this role, as will the ability to understand engineered products and interact with Applications Engineering and Technical Sales. This is a senior leadership role; successful candidates will have a proven record of managing strategic change processes, coaching and mentoring teams to satisfy defined targets. This position offers career progression for a successful leader who is able to develop people while enhancing product marketing initiatives and contributing to ongoing product development.
