In partnership with Prime Management Group Inc., Ventri Door Technologies is seeking a motivated, operationally focused Branch Manager for its Stoney Creek location. This critical role, reporting to a supportive General Manager, is designed for a leader who thrives on building strong teams, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering client relationships, while working closely with other branches and corporate partners. As a vital member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Branch Manager will: Lead, support, and develop the Service Manager, technicians, and office staff while collaborating effectively with sales, marketing, HR, and finance partners in a matrix structure. Oversee day‑to‑day branch operations, including project management, estimating, scheduling, service calls, and compliance requirements. Support sales activities by collaborating with corporate sales representatives and participating in customer‑facing opportunities. Build strong client relationships, ensuring service excellence and responsiveness. Participate in industry networking and professional associations to strengthen regional presence and support business development. Foster a positive, tight‑knit team culture while driving continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration. To qualify for this exciting opportunity, you will bring: Proven experience running a branch, business unit, or small business, ideally in a technical, service, or construction-related industry. Strong background in operations, estimating, or project management, with solid business and financial acumen. A hands‑on, people‑focused leadership style that inspires trust, collaboration, and results. Ability to navigate a matrix organization, working effectively with cross‑functional partners. Familiarity with the Hamilton–Niagara region, with the ability to build networks and represent Ventri in the community. Why Join Ventri?
