We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to manage bug tracking systems, identify and prioritize critical issues, and foster a collaborative, positive work environment. This position calls for strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions. Superpowers you have: From 3 years of experience in QA in gaming; Understanding of game production processes, quality standards, and testing methodologies; Expertise using data to analyze project performance, identify gaps, and implement process improvements; Familiarity with platform testing tools; The ability to communicate problems and to understand the requirements of the development teams; The ability to work as part of a team and independently; Imagination and creativity; An energetic and flexible approach; Problem-solving skills. Becoming part of Room 8 Group, you will: Thoroughly test games to identify and document defects; Track, update, and verify assigned bugs; Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues; Confidently participate, contribute in meetings, and be able to provide thorough updates and task summaries; Follow and audit test plans for efficiency; Execute various types of testing to a high standard; Provide feedback on gameplay, progression, and difficulty; Utilize project-specific tools and bug-tracking databases; Maintain knowledge of the project’s timeline, milestones, and features; Identify and communicate testing concerns or Timeline Risks; Complete reports and tasks accurately and promptly; Foster a positive, collaborative testing environment; Adapt to changing project needs and Priorities; Participate in game reviews and evaluations; Perform other tasks assigned by a direct manager if needed.
