This isn't just another sales job, this is your chance to thrive under the guidance of an amazing manager who values open communication, champions autonomy, and is 100% committed to seeing you succeed.If youre a natural-born hunter with a passion for business development and have sales experience in excavation, agriculture, or construction or distribution,WE NEED TO TALK Job Description As an Outside Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include: Prospect and Develop : Identify and acquire new clients within the assigned territory, focusing on rental companies and end users. Manage and Strengthen Relationships : Maintain regular contact with existing clients to maximize sales opportunities and build long-term partnerships. Present and Promote : Dynamically showcase the company's products and services in a convincing and engaging manner. Achieve and Exceed Sales Goals : Work diligently to meet and exceed sales targets while effectively managing your time between travel and follow-ups. Customer Service Excellence : Provide outstanding customer service by understanding client's needs and offering tailored solutions. What Were Looking For : Proven experience in outside sales , ideally in the excavation, agriculture, or construction sectors. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and be proactive in managing your territory. Valid driver's license. Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
