Customer & Partner Engagement Engage regularly with customers-banks, fintechs, telcos, and enterprise partners-to understand IAM needs, pain points, and evolving fraud vectors. Partner with GTM, CX, and Solutions Engineering to support enterprise adoption and customer success. Regulatory & Compliance Alignment Ensure platform capabilities comply with major frameworks: FINTRAC, FATF, GDPR, PIPEDA, ISO27001, SOC2, and emerging identity assurance standards. Deep familiarity with authentication, identity standards (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, FIDO2), and access control models (RBAC/ABAC). Strong experience working with data science and ML teams, including model development workflows and feature engineering. Experience with telco metadata, device intelligence, or behavioral analytics is a major plus. Domain experience in telecommunications, banking, or fintech. Experience building platform products used by multiple internal teams and external partners.
