Lead the Boston Pizza Guest Experience as a Server, using hospitality, organization, and food knowledge at every table. Deliver accurate orders and attentive service.
Servers guide Guests through complete dining experiences, from appetizers to desserts, while tailoring service to situational needs. The position requires a positive, Guest-focused attitude, effective time management, and strong communication. Servers also support Boston Pizza Brand Standards, Food Safety, and a fun, safe workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Guest Experience throughout each table service
- Ensure order accuracy from appetizers through desserts
- Anticipate Guest expectations and communicate promotions
- Handle payments and serve alcohol responsibly
- Work alongside team members and share goals
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management
- Commitment to Foundations of Hospitality and Brand Standards
- Knowledge of bar and food offerings
- Ability to maintain composure during service
- Interest in professional development and skill-building
