Job Responsibilities: Ensure all structural drawings & specifications are fully compliant with project requirements. Responsible for all technical drawings, 3D modelling and documentation. Prepare drawings and detailed design documents for preliminary, construction, and as-built using BIM Modelling / Revit / AutoCAD. Design and optimise the layout of the Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) System (e.g., duct and pipe sizing, routine, equipment location, etc. Coordinate & communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project team members. Lead and guide BIM Modeller / Coordinator Check and verify design drawings to conform to specifications and design data. Collaborate with project teams, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to address design-related queries and provide clarifications. Participate in design review meetings and contribute insights to improve the overall design process. Maintain organised and up-to-date documentation of all drawings, revisions, and related project files. Ensure that all drawings comply with company standards and industry regulations. Conduct quality checks on site to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant codes and standards. Address feedback and revisions promptly to meet project deadlines. Upkeep the record of BIM/Drawing versions and ensure BIM deliverables and documentation follow BEP or requirements/instructions as stipulated. Any other duties as may be assigned. Requirements: Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. Minimum 3–4 years of working experience in the related field. Drafting experience in M&E services is a must. Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM/Revit MEP is an added advantage. Hardworking, willing to learn, and with a good working attitude. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts). Both genders are welcome to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
