BIM Manager This is a perm role hire Singapore – Lavender Street 8–10 Years Experience Salary: SGD 5,000 – 7,000 per month Overview This opportunity is with one of our long‑term, highly reputable clients in the construction sector, known for delivering major industrial and building developments across Singapore. They are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM/VDC implementation and oversee full‑cycle coordination for complex industrial projects. Responsibilities Lead and facilitate VDC and technical meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Develop and implement the BIM Execution Plan, workflow, and requirements to ensure compliance with project deliverables for large‑scale industrial projects. Perform quality reviews on BIM models prepared by BIM coordinators and model authors. Mentor, guide, and supervise BIM Coordinators and Modelers to ensure timely and high‑quality output. Collaborate closely with the project team to coordinate and produce shop drawings and project documentation using BIM technologies. Conduct and lead regular BIM coordination meetings to resolve technical, clash, and integration issues. Champion a holistic, strategic approach to BIM execution across industrial project scopes. Create and deliver training programs for BIM coordinators, modelers, engineers, and department managers to enhance BIM tool proficiency. Drive innovation by exploring advanced digital tools and technologies to strengthen BIM adoption within the organisation. Oversee a team of structural, architectural, and BIM specialists in preparing submission and construction drawings. Coordinate with all stakeholders and interfacing teams for seamless BIM integration. Establish and manage the full clash detection process, including matrix setup, scheduling, reporting, validation, and tracking of all design and construction conflicts. Maintain accurate records of model updates, changes, and coordination progress. Supervise drafting teams and ensure model and drawing accuracy in line with BIM standards and workflow requirements. Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and in accordance with project milestones. Requirements Degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent certification. At least 8 years of hands‑on BIM implementation and management experience across architectural, C&S, and MEP disciplines. Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and familiarity with authority submission procedures. Experience with 4D/5D BIM is an added advantage. Completed at least one full project lifecycle from design to as‑built stage. Strong understanding of industrial construction planning and coordination. Solid knowledge of local regulations, codes of practice, standards, and submission requirements. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
