Senior Business Architect Duration: 2 monthsPay rate: CAD$90- CAD$100/HrLocation: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Overview A senior business architect is required to support a large-scale digital health initiative focused on integrating data, improving digital-first practices, and enabling effective program and change management. The role involves driving operational planning, roadmap delivery, and resource planning across multiple cross‑functional teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain business capabilities aligned with strategic goals. Create and update business architecture artifacts and ensure integration across teams. Analyze information, lead workshops, and collaborate with internal stakeholders. Design capability models and support business transformation activities. Translate business needs into technical and functional requirements. Facilitate cross‑functional sessions to support project delivery. Provide governance, documentation, and clear communication to senior leaders. Must‑Have Experience 10+ years designing and implementing operating models in complex digital environments. 10+ years working in healthcare, public sector, or similar regulated industries. Extensive experience collaborating with clinical, product, technical, and leadership teams. Strong skills in documentation, facilitation, modeling, and analytical problem‑solving. Desired Skills Experience creating enterprise architecture deliverables and capability models. Knowledge of information management, data governance, and business process mapping. Experience with business transformation planning and architectural governance. Ability to convert business strategy into executable plans and blueprints.
