What We Offer Annual Earnings: Typically ranging from $55,000 to $80,000+, this range consists of an hourly rate (min. wage) plus commissions based on performance (The lower end reflects new team members during their learning period, while top managers consistently exceed this range based on performance). Who You Are Experienced Leader: 3+ years of wireless or retail management experience preferred with a track record of achieving results. Operational Excellence: Maintain store standards, ensure compliance, protect company assets, support scheduling, training, inventory management, and overall daily operations.
