The incumbent will be responsible for the preparation of grant documents, the verification and authorization of expense claim payments for the Corporation’s employees as well as approving invoices for final payment.

Closing date: 4 p.m., June 13, 2024


  • University degree in Business Administration - Accounting or Finance and three years of experience in the analysis and the preparation of financial statements  (a college degree in Accounting or Finance and three years of relevant experience may also be considered);
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting and various controls that may exist in the financial sector;
  • Experience with financial software, thorough knowledge of electronic files software (Excel) and knowledge of word processing (Word);
  • Ability to interpret instructions and other financial documentation;
  • Ability to communicate easily in French and English (verbally and in writing);
  • Good Internet research abilities;
  • Good judgment;
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Ability to read multiple documents, analyze and prepare brief summaries;
  • Good management skills to organize, plan and prioritize duties to meet the timelines;
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision;
  • Ability to work in a group or alone, and under pressure.
