Expert level of requirements analysis and documentation skills – Problem Opportunity Analysis, Scope Modelling, Business Process Mapping, Business Context Diagraming, High‑level and Detailed Requirements, Use Cases & Scenarios, Business Rules & Data Catalogue, User Stories, Story Decomposition, Story Mapping, Requirements traceability and non‑functional requirements. Excellent communication, active‑listening, relationship‑building, self‑management, proactive, team‑player, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Experience working in a Financial Institution.
