Job DescriptionCore ResponsibilitiesRequirement Engineering: Elicit, document, and manage comprehensive business and system requirements for Guidewire implementations.Technical Analysis: Write and execute complex SQL queries to support data analysis and solution validation.Operational Readiness: Support change management planning, implementation, and post-implementation activities to ensure seamless transitions.Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring that delivery aligns with business domain goals and product roadmaps.Innovation & Expertise: Stay current with leading-edge technology trends to continuously improve TD services, applications, and analytical tools.Required QualificationsExperience: 8 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis within the Canadian Insurance industry.Guidewire Mastery: Must hold Guidewire Associate or Professional certification (Guidewire ACE is highly preferred).Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of Claims and Guidewire PolicyCenter.Technical Skills: Proven experience in writing SQL queries and documenting system requirements.Agile Fluency: Extensive experience working within an Agile delivery framework.
