As a result, they are seeking a dynamic and business‑savvy Senior Financial Analyst to join their finance team on a full‑time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Senior FA will be integral in supporting strategic decision‑making through insightful analysis, reporting and recommendations. You will serve as a strategic business partner to operations, streamline processes, and champion continuous improvement within the finance function. Main responsibilities include: Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for a portfolio of properties Turn financial data into actionable strategies that boost efficiency, occupancy, and growth Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior management and property owners Collaborate with external accountants on year‑end financial statement preparation Partner with property management teams to track performance, highlight trends, and guide operational decisions Build strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders to streamline processes, manage cash flow, and ensure financial governance Work with maintenance teams to monitor weekly work orders and renovations, identifying trends and key focus areas Mentor junior analysts, strengthening team financial knowledge and professional growth Contribute to ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as required Take the next step in your career and join this industry‑leading organization where you will enjoy a competitive compensation package, advancement opportunities, and a healthy work‑life balance.
