Property Maintenance TechnicianJob Description: We're seeking a reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our team As a maintenance technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring our properties are well-maintained, safe, and visually appealing.Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on properties- Lawn care and landscaping- Painting and decorating- Gutter cleaning and maintenance- Seasonal preparations (winter/summer)- Power washing and cleaning- Respond to emergency maintenance requestsRequirements:- 1+ year of experience in property maintenance or related field- Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights- Valid driver's license- Reliable transportation- Availability for occasional evening/weekend workPreferred Qualifications:- Certification in maintenance or related trade- Experience with HVAC systems- Knowledge of local building codesWhat We Offer:- Competitive hourly rate ($20/hour)Email resume and brief introduction to schedule an interview.
