In the role of Source to Contract Business Analyst, you would work as part of a multidisciplinary team to plan, design, develop and implement comprehensive business solutions in response to business needs. Knowledge of methods and techniques for business analysis and demonstrated skill in their application to solving business problems are essential. Business Analysts work effectively and efficiently, whether working independently, as a team member or as a team leader. A Business Analyst is adaptable and resourceful and delivers in an agile manner.
As a Business Analyst, you will work on departmental and strategic projects, collaborate with project/program managers and balance your own workload. This role is expected to present continuous improvement insights and recommendations to managers and leaders. In addition, Business Analysts will collaborate with cross-functional teams, requiring effective communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role would need foundational skills in SAP Ariba, Source to Contract Suite.
Education/Experience
• University degree or college diploma relevant to business analysis or equivalent education and experience.
• 8 + years' experience required
• 5+ years Procurement experience
• Source to Contract
• Procure to Pay (good to have)
• Experience building strong working relationships with stakeholders.
• Functional business/work experience in the Source to Contract execution and management.
• SAP Ariba Experience is an asset
• SAP and Oracle Financials ERP Experience is an asset
• Experience in documenting processes using Visio.
• BPM 2.0 understanding would be an asset

• Mapping out visual workflow diagrams on current and future state processes,

• Strong Oracle And/Or SAP Source to Contract, and Financial Planning skills.
• Good understanding of Oracle/SAP data structures relevant to SAP Source to Contract.
• Good understanding of Oracle/SAP integration points with other SAP modules.
• Advanced understanding of business concepts for the functional areas to be supported.
