  • Documenter les exigences commerciales et fonctionnelles, y compris les flux de travail, les règles d'affaires et les cas d'utilisation
  • Cataloguer les ensembles de données et maintenir le dictionnaire de données, en utilisant les systèmes de l'entreprise, y compris Collibra
  • Configurer, gérer et soutenir les contrôles de qualité des données pour les ensembles de données, en utilisant Collibra-owl et d'autres systèmes disponibles

  • Établir, développer et entretenir des relations avec les domaines informatiques et commerciaux essentiels au succès du projet.
  • Gérer / surveiller les problèmes de données et effectuer des évaluations d'impact pour identifier les processus critiques
  • Réaliser des analyses des causes profondes et travailler avec les partenaires commerciaux et informatiques pour résoudre les problèmes de données résultant de ruptures de contrôle
  • Comprendre le cadre agile (travailler dans un modèle Scrum / Kanban / Scrumban); être capable de collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de développement et d'assurance qualité pour définir, développer et exécuter les exigences

Exigences :

  • 5 à 7 ans d'expérience dans de grandes organisations bancaires complexes ou de grandes organisations de conseil agissant dans un rôle d'analyse de données ou d'analyse commerciale
  • Compréhension compétente et approfondie des environnements technologiques généraux (plateforme, structure et culture organisationnelles, équipes impliquées dans l'achèvement réussi des initiatives technologiques, etc.)
  • Solides compétences analytiques requises, y compris une compréhension approfondie de la manière d'interpréter les besoins commerciaux des clients et de les traduire en environnements applicatifs et opérationnels
  • Excellentes compétences en bases de données / SQL ; une grande partie du travail est axée sur les bases de données

Our challenge

The Technical Business Analyst/ Product Manager joining the team will be responsible for modernizing our technology solutions across the department, which will also include aligning with the firms' strategic priorities of cloud readiness, DevOps, platform reliability, and automation.

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Document business and functional requirements, including workflow, business rules, and use cases
  • Catalog datasets and maintain data dictionary, using firm systems, including Collibra
  • Setup, manage and support data quality controls for dataset, using Collibra-owl and other available systems
  • Maintain and optimize data quality scores, identify causes of score degradation, and work with data owners and technology teams to remediate any DQ issues
  • Assist data consumers and downstream system teams with any questions related to supported datasets
  • Create documents that outlines the data lineage and a framework for data governance
  • Become a subject matter expert for compliance date
  • Work with developers to define/document existing application infrastructure and architecture
  • Assist with QA / Testing to review / refine test plans and more detailed test cases.
  • Work with the project and business team to identify and resolve issues that arise during projects as part of day-to-day business operations
  • Build develop and grow relationship with IT and business areas vital to the success of the project
  • Manage / monitor data issues and perform impact assessments to identify critical processes
  • Perform root cause analysis and work with business and IT partners to resolve data issues that result from control breaks
  • Understand the agile framework (working in Scrum / Kanban / Scrumban model); be able to work closely with the development and QA teams in building, developing, and executing requirements

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in large complex banking organizations or major consulting organizations acting in a data analysis or business analysis role
  • Competent and proficient understanding of general technology environments ( platform, organizational structure and culture, teams involved in the successful completion of technology initiatives, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational environments
  • Excellent database / SQL skills; much of the work focused on databases.
  • Experienced in Agile Scrum and Kanban lifecycles
  • Able to multitask across number of projects
