As a vital member of the Business Solutions Engineering team, this permanent full-time role requires a strong background in DevOps and automation. Collaborate closely with the Platform Engineering Practice Lead to implement secure, scalable software delivery solutions. You will be essential in coaching teams and ensuring best practices while maintaining CI/CD pipeline excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and manage reusable CI/CD pipeline templates
• Provide coaching and onboarding support for teams
• Improve internal CI/CD and automation tools continuously
• Develop self-service capabilities for engineering teams
• Collaborate on embedding security in delivery pipelines
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years in DevOps or automation roles
• Proficient in Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
• Skilled in PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting
• Strong coaching and communication abilities
