Base pay range CA$140,000.00/yr - CA$150,000.00/yr On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Director of Operations in Ontario. As the Director of Operations in the industrial/manufacturing sector, you will lead and oversee operational processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality. This role is based in Ontario and requires strategic planning and effective management skills to drive success. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals. Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to maintain high‑quality standards. Lead and manage cross‑functional teams within the engineering and manufacturing department. Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve workflows. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve financial objectives. Identify opportunities for growth and implement innovative solutions to stay competitive. Profile Strong leadership and management skills to guide cross‑functional teams. Proven expertise in the industrial/manufacturing sector. P&L responsibility Solid understanding of operational processes and strategic planning. Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards. Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $150,000 CAD.
