The Director of Operations is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing and optimizing the overall operations of CFM. This role involves strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services across multiple facilities. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, manage budgets, and lead cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
