This senior leadership role will drive scientific excellence, strategic insight, and innovation across client engagements, ensuring impactful communication solutions that advance healthcare brands. Key Responsibilities Provide scientific leadership and strategic oversight for oncology-focused promotional medical communications programs. Partner with cross-functional teams (account, creative, strategy) to deliver integrated solutions that balance scientific rigor with creative impact . Lead development of scientific platforms, lexicons, and narratives that shape brand positioning and drive adoption among healthcare professionals. Oversee creation and review of high-quality deliverables, including slide decks, symposia content, advisory board materials, and digital engagement tools . Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic recommendations grounded in data and compliance standards . Mentor and develop medical writers and scientific staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Ensure adherence to industry regulations and best practices in promotional medical communications. Qualifications PhD, MD, or PharmD required. Minimum 10+ years of experience in a medical communications agency , with a strong track record in the promotional/marketing space . Proven leadership experience managing scientific teams and client relationships at a senior level.
