Role Description This is apart-time, on-site Field Lead Cleaner position based inMontreal, QC . The Field Lead is aworking leadership role , combining hands-on cleaning with team support and quality oversight. This position typically involvesapproximately 60% cleaning work and 40% leadership and support duties , depending on weekly needs. Qualifications Previous experience in professional cleaning services (required) Experience supporting, mentoring, or leading team members is a strong asset Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and products Excellent attention to detail and quality standards Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while supporting a team in the field Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable working in client homes and representing the company Fluency in English required; French is an asset Key Responsibilities Complete assigned cleaning jobs to Cleano quality standards Step into uncovered or last-minute jobs when needed Lead by example in efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail Act as the main point of contact for assigned cleaners during work hours Assist with call-outs, access issues, supply questions, and job clarification Provide real-time coaching and feedback to cleaners during jobs Help ensure tasks and add-ons are completed correctly Train new hires on live jobs and reinforce Cleano procedures Perform spot checks to maintain quality and prevent complaints or re-dos Identify repeated performance issues and report them to management Support team improvement without creating conflict Pay Structure Flat-rate pay per job (not hourly) Priority access to higher-paying and premium jobs Weekly Field Lead leadership pay for handling team support, call-outs, and quality oversight Paid training bonuses for working directly with new hires Monthly performance bonuses based on team quality, customer ratings, and reliability Flexible schedule —clean when you want , based on job availability and role needs Why Join Cleano?
