Duties and Responsibilities Audit and validate Team Member time entries to maintain accurate timekeeping records and investigate discrepancies. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure proper adjustments are completed before payroll processing. Update the payroll system (ADP) with Team Member changes, as required. Process full‑cycle bi‑weekly payroll for both hourly and salaried Team Members across two locations. Administer statutory deductions, benefits, and other payroll‑related adjustments. Assist with year‑end processing, including T4s, ROEs, and reconciliation activities. Generate and analyze reports from ADP, Workforce Dimensions (timekeeping system), and Oracle. Respond to Team Member inquiries related to payroll, pay practices, and company policies. Ensure payroll‑related policies, practices, and procedures are administered accurately and consistently. Enter, process, track, and report garnishments. Perform other payroll‑related duties as assigned. Support HR with the planning and coordination of Team Member events and activities. Requirements PCP certification. Minimum of three years of relevant payroll experience. Experience with payroll platforms such as ADP Workforce Now or Workforce Dimensions/Kronos is highly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment preferred. Salary Range In accordance with pay transparency legislation, the expected salary range for this position is: $62,500 – $87,500 annually, based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
