Toyota Boshoku Canada (TBCA) manufactures the seats, doors, carpets and headliners for the Toyota RAV4. Our facility is located in Woodstock; a short drive from many surrounding cities. **Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain time-keeping records by checking to ensure there are no missing punches, including communication and resolution of discrepancies with production team.
- Capable of pulling available reports from ADP, Workforce Dimensions (time-keeping system) and Oracle, and analyzing data.
- Update payroll system (ADP) with team member changes, as needed.
- As a member of the payroll team, assist and run bi-weekly, hourly payroll and provide support as a back-up when needed.
- Field questions from team members, regarding policies and payroll related inquiries.
- Ensure that policies, practices and procedures are properly and consistently administered.
- Issue ROEs and answer related inquiries from Service Canada, as needed.
- Enter, process, track and report garnishments.
- Assist HR in planning and coordinating team member events and activities.
- Other Payroll & HR tasks as required or assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Oracle and/or Workforce Dimensions/Kronos time keeping is an asset.
- Human Resources experience and knowledge.
- PCP Certification or working towards it.
- 1+ years of relevant payroll experience in a Generalist/Specialist role.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in an automotive, manufacturing setting is beneficial.
