As a trusted expert, you will help organizations develop, deliver and drive value from Microsoft 365 platform. As Microsoft Dynamics Technical Senior Solution Specialist/ Solution Specialist you will: Lead the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including upgrades and migrations, with a strong focus on business processes. Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet client-specific requirements in alignment with their business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design integrated solutions involving various Dynamics 365 modules. Lead the integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft and third-party applications. Perform fit-gap analysis, identify process improvements, and help clients optimize their business management practices. Perform unit testing and manage issue resolution during the testing phases. Analyze client business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, ensuring solutions align with industry best practices and business needs. Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and process optimization. Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and new features, advising clients on how they can leverage new functionalities to improve their business processes. Mentor junior consultants and collaborate in the development of best practices. Participate in practice development initiatives (recruiting, methodology, trade booth participation, etc.). Total Rewards The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $124,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
