Who You Are We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Business Analyst to join our growing team. As a key bridge between business and technical teams, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of insurance technology. What You’ll Do Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and client feedback to identify AI-driven opportunities for software enhancements. Utilize AI-powered tools to optimize workflows, evaluate data patterns, and drive predictive analytics to improve business processes. Collaborate with clients, product managers, and development teams to gather, document, and refine business requirements. Work alongside Agile development teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions that align with business objectives. Evaluate existing processes and recommend intelligent automation solutions that enhance system performance and user experience. Lead and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that delivered solutions meet defined business and functional requirements. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams , ensuring seamless communication and understanding across the development lifecycle. What You’ll Need Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the software insurance industry , with expertise in broker management systems and Insurtech. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field , or equivalent experience. Familiarity with AI tools and automation strategies , with the ability to leverage data-driven insights for process improvement. Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies . Excellent communication and collaboration skills , with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable insights. A proactive, problem-solving approach with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation . The ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving industry , keeping up with emerging technologies and best practices. Why Join Rival?
