Extensive experience with Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders, most importantly Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder and Automation Studio, and ideally also Cloud Pages and Mobile Studio. 2 Able to work proficiently in AMPscript, SQL, SSJS. 3 Manage and maintain data within Marketing Cloud, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. 4 Execute and monitor Marketing Cloud campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for optimization. 5 Collaborate with marketing and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 6 Implement and manage automation workflows using Automation Studio. 7 Experience in agile development methodologies. 8 Continually engage in professional development; having certifications is a plus. 9 Develop documentation to track progress and deliverables. Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral) Must-Have – 5+ years working experience in Salesforce development with 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud; actively participate in the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce Marketing Cloud requirements alongside Marketing team; Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, AMPscript, SQL knowledge and reporting/analytics; experience in working on solutions and development of client needs. Good-to-Have – Experience working on Agile projects; strong communication skills; Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent; Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification.
