In this role you’ll work with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and support design, implementation, testing, documentation, training, and ongoing support. Responsibilities Requirements Gathering & Analysis – Engage stakeholders, document functional and non‑functional requirements, conduct interviews and workshops. Process Modeling & Improvement – Analyze current processes, define future workflows, create process diagrams using BPMN, UML or flowcharts. Business‑IT Liaison – Translate business requirements into clear technical specs, ensure solutions align with business goals, and communicate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Solution Assessment & Validation – Develop test plans, create test cases, maintain traceability, support UAT and validate system functionality. Documentation & Communication – Prepare BRDs, SRS, process flows, user guides, and maintain accurate project documentation. Project Support – Assist project managers with timelines, status updates, task breakdowns, SCRUM activities, risk identification, change management, user training and post‑go‑live support. Ideal Candidate Understanding of SDLC (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). System architecture basics. Experience with Jira, DevOps, Confluence, Trello. Proficiency in Visio or Lucidchart. Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience in ERP/CRM systems (IFS, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce). Knowledge of financial processes or supply chain/manufacturing relevant to the domain. Soft Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical and critical thinking. Problem‑solving and high attention to detail. Adaptability and willingness to learn.
