As the Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits Program Management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the most important Compensation and Benefit programs and lifecycles are executed perfectly and continuously improved. THE ROLE As the Senior Manager/Manager, Compensation & Benefits Program Management, you will: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of compensation & benefits programs, ensuring timely planning and execution Manage the effective rollout of compensation and benefit initiatives and updates, ensuring alignment with business needs and employee expectations Leverage internal survey data and external market data to inform program value and optimization opportunities Support program integrity through regular audits, identifying opportunities for optimization and risk mitigation Support regulatory compliance and deliver accurate, timely reporting for governance and decision-making Drive the successful execution and continuous improvement of all compensation programs by effectively managing people, process, technology and tools THE QUALIFICATIONS The Senior Manager/Manager, Compensation & Benefits Program Management has: Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Compensation and / or Benefits, or Project Management A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners A commitment to navigating our internal operations to achieve the best business results A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business A sense of urgency and ability to prioritize important work THE COMPENSATION The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
