As part of the Facilities Management team at CBRE, you'll supervise day-to-day services, coordinating repairs and enhancing client experience. Your role will encompass a spectrum of responsibilities, including asset planning and development of performance objectives. This position requires a proactive approach to anticipate client needs and ensure high standards of facility management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day facility operations and maintenance
• Meet with clients to discuss enhancements and asset plans
• Develop monthly reports and comprehensive business plans
• Implement maintenance and operations goals
• Supervise recruitment and professional development of staff
Requirements:
• University/college graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
• 5-7 years of facilities management experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
• LEED certification is an asset
